APPEARANCE, FIRST IMPRESSIONS & WARDROBE

Rin is a seventeen year old Japanese girl, standing at 5'2" with an average build and weight for a girl her age. Despite this, she tends to come across as a bit younger than she actually is. She has a bit of babyface going on with large bright eyes and her body language will probably strike someone as belonging to that of a younger girl. Rin also tends to give the impression of being somewhat socially awkward. Her hair is waistlength and pastel red, the same colour of her eyes -- they look similar to a shade of brown with the saturation and brightness turned up, essentially. Rin always wears a white bow at the back of her head and individual strands of her hair are laced through with miniscule blue beads that catch and twinkle in the light. A vocal reference can be heard in the above video. Rin's mother and only spoken language is Japanese which is what characters will hear in a scenario without translation happening. Despite her somewhat young-seeming body language, Rin's manner of speech is about right for a girl her age. no outfits yet lol ✦ oops ✦

personality xxxx world info ✧ Shelter takes place in the year 2066 in a near-future society that has advanced in technology enough to make massive leaps in space travel, virtual reality, medical science and other similar fields. Day-to-day life however is still recognizable as being similar if not identical to our own, effected only in small ways by the aforementioned advancements in technology. ✧ An unspecified celestial event knocks Mars out of orbit and causes it to collide with Earth, destroying the latter and severely damaging the former. Large portions of the human race had already left the planet to escape the cataclysm but handfuls of people and most native Earth wildlife were left behind and subsequently died in the disaster. ✧ The remaining members of the human race now exist in scattered colonies around the solar system. The moons of Jupier and various space stations house most of the human race and Venus is in the process of being colonized to serve as a new Earth.
